Mission Statement
Collaborative Advocacy of South Texas (C.A.S.T.) is dedicated to bridging the gap between families and schools.  Our mission is to empower parents and families of children with disabilities to "inspect what's expected" of their public school.
Company history
C.A.S.T. was founded with the goal of helping parents of students with special needs navigate the public education systems in South and Central Texas.
Foundation of Services
"Excellence is doing a common thing in an uncommon way."
- Booker T. Washington

Vision
The vision of C.A.S.T. is to develop a truly collaborative model of special educational advocacy and educational consultation.  By building a collaborative relationship between family and school, the process of developing an educational program that provides the greatest benefit for the student can be realized.

Fees
C.A.S.T. provides a no charge initial consultation. This consultation is generally 30-45 minutes and can be in person or by telephone depending on location.  Hourly fees after initial consultation range from $75-100 per hour.  C.A.S.T. does offer financial aid for those found to have a need.
