Dear Mr. Amaro,
I want to continue to thank you for the outstanding service that you have provided for me and most importantly my child. The last ARD meeting with her school was a huge success and I owe it all to you! You have demonstrated superior knowledge with Special Education and your professionalism with us has excelled beyond what I expected. I am glad that you were able to communicate with me through email and phone calls and you have been able to really understand where I am coming from. And you also know the exact needs for my child in the classroom because you thoroughly researched all of her IEP’s and FIE’s. With your support in our last ARD meeting, you demonstrated that you were a highly knowledgeable individual and I want to applaud you for that. Nick, again, you have been outstanding with your service. Continue to do what you do because it does make a huge difference in a child’s life.

"No matter where I go it never amazes me the varying levels of service I receive from one business to the next. I have often wondered how many businesses can possibly stay open when the people they hire and train are clearly not treating customers in the best possible way. At C.A.S.T., service is not something I take lightly. The amount of work parents and families put forth when they have a student with a disability far exceeds that of any hourly or salaried employee. Therefore, I believe that is the same tireless effort you should expect from any individual involved in the same important cause. We will always follow our ABC's of Service. They are:
Act as if the challenge is your own
Bring a positive attitude to every client meeting
Communicate with clarity and answer every question
I believe that if these three steps are followed, the outcome of every client will be positive. We will support each family and educate you on the special education process.
